Your information
Last updated · 9 August 2026
CAETHURA is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. For privacy questions, access requests or deletion requests, contact contact@caethura.com.
For the free community, we may collect your name, contact details, gender, date of birth, country, city, preferred CAETHURA world, activities, interests, message and newsletter choice. A separate membership application may also include your selected plan, phone number, travel frequency, motivation and referral source. We record consent and may process basic technical information to operate and secure the website.
We use community information to keep invitations and news relevant. Membership application information is used separately to assess and respond to the selected Circle, Session or Compass request. We also use aggregated interest to plan Coastline and Snowline experiences, clinics, retreats and gatherings.
We process an application because you asked us to review and respond to it and because we have a legitimate interest in managing the CAETHURA community. Promotional newsletters are sent only when you separately choose to receive them. You can withdraw that choice at any time.
Community application information is normally kept for up to 24 months after our last meaningful interaction, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or a longer period is required to establish or defend legal rights. Newsletter records are kept until you unsubscribe, with a minimal suppression record retained where needed to respect that choice.
Access is limited to CAETHURA and service providers needed to host the website, store applications, maintain security or send communications. They may process information only for the agreed service and under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Some technology providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we use recognised safeguards designed to protect personal information during an international transfer.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent and lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. Contact us using the address above to exercise these rights.
We use reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect submitted information. No online system is completely risk-free. We may update this notice as CAETHURA services evolve; the current version and date will always appear here.
